Picture Thread Rules

If you do need to quote one, get rid of the img tags and put url instead. It saves bandwidth and makes browsing a lot easier. 2. One worded comments like: "LMAO!" or "Lol" Or just smiley comments, Are Spam and are generally pointless. If you are going to make one worded comments at least quote the picture in question so it doesn't look like spam. 3. Please try and keep on topic. I know it's difficult because these threads are so popular, but please try and keep off-topicness to a minimum. 4. The rules in the "Sup Y'all" thread apply to these threads too. Threads will be locked at 300 pages etc etc etc. There is one exception to this though... stormy: IF YOU READ THE RULES FOR THE PHOTOS THREAD. THIS IS THE ONE AND ONLY EXCEPTION: You can just reply with a LOL only in the PICTURE CAPTIONS THREAD But please, no PAGES and LINES of lol. etc. And do contribute beyond that if you can!!! 5. ALL PHOTOS MUST HAVE FULL INFORMATION ON WHERE THEY WERE FOUND. Ex: If I find a picture on a member's profile on LJ I have to say "Found this on IIAW's livejournal profile which is friend's only. She linked this photo from her friend Heather's photobucket, Heather took this picture at a show in London" or something close to that. THE REASON FOR THIS IS THERE HAVE BEEN PICTURES THAT WERE COPYRIGHTED AND THE SITE AND THAT USER COULD FACE LEGAL PROBLEMS IF IT HAPPENS AGAIN!!! This site is not liable for any action you do while on here, esecially if you are going against our rules and regulations. IF YOU FAIL TO SAY WHERE THE PIC IS FROM YOUR POST WILL BE DELETED!!!
